The Copeland Center spans 16000 sq. ft. and offers three different sized meeting and event spaces that can accommodate 10 to 482 people. These flexible spaces are ideal for:

  • Nonprofit meetings

  • Wedding receptions and celebrations

Event space rentals are available by the hour or at a convenient all-day rate, making the venue an excellent choice for weekday business meetings, corporate training programs, and professional workshops in Meridian.

The facility also includes a kitchen and bar area, making it perfect for catered events, receptions, and banquets. Guests will also appreciate the oversized ADA-accessible restrooms with porcelain marble floors, designed for large event groups.

To simplify event planning, round banquet tables and chairs are included with all venue rentals. The venue accommodates up to 400 theater-style or 280 guests with table seating. Additional event equipment is available for rent.

Conveniently located in downtown Meridian, the Copeland Center is within walking distance of the Threefoot Hotel, along with nearby restaurants and entertainment, making it an ideal destination for retreats, regional meetings, conferences, and social events in East Mississippi.

Culinary Park is Meridian's 1st designated food truck park in downtown. Po-boys, wings, Bar-B-Q, seafood, Caribbean delights, chicken & waffles, and many more items are now within walking distance from Mississippi State University and City Hall. Come and support our local culinary artist! Culinary Park is open daily depending on Food Truck availability.

The 1st location of The Ruins was the first Fire Station in Meridian, MS (circa 1900) that we transformed into a unique open air courtyard event venue. The Ruins was closed in September 2021.

In maintaining the same concept, most of bricks, wood, furnishing, etc were moved to the Copeland Center and a more elegant Ruins was born! It features patio furniture, umbrellas, bar with sink, photo backdrop, color-changing lighting and its own bathrooms.
