Copeland Holdings LLC real estate investments is a company that purchases distressed properties and offers them for sale through in-house financing. The Copeland Center is a business incubator center that offers affordable rental office spaces and business assistance services for new and developing businesses. The conference center offers different size event venue areas, a 5000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom, large kitchen with bar, and oversize handicap accessible bathrooms with porcelain marble floors.
The center provides 3 different size event spaces with an hourly rate or we can offer an ALL-DAY rate. Round tables and chairs included. Additional items available for rent.
The Copeland Center is located in downtown Meridian and is in walking distance from the Threefoot Marriott Hotel.

Culinary Park is Meridian's 1st designated food truck park in downtown. Po-boys, wings, Bar-B-Q, seafood, Caribbean delights, chicken & waffles, and many more items are now within walking distance from Mississippi State University and City Hall. Come and support our local culinary artist! Culinary Park is open daily depending on Food Truck availability.

The 1st location of The Ruins was the first Fire Station in Meridian, MS (circa 1900) that we transformed into a unique open air courtyard event venue. The Ruins was closed in September 2021.
In maintaining the same concept, most of bricks, wood, furnishing, etc were moved to the Copeland Center and a more elegant Ruins was born! It features patio furniture, umbrellas, bar with sink, photo backdrop, color-changing lighting and its own bathrooms.
